Ulrika Wahllöf Björk is a performance and results driven HR consultant with broad and comprehensive experience from leading positions at international and Swedish companies covering a wide range of HR areas. Her expertise encompasses large and small companies and organizations at all stages of the business life cycle ranging from rapid expansion to other business critical HR issues.
Ulrika has solid experience in HR from different industries and segments. She has held senior management positions within HR for many years with global responsibility for strategic and operational HR work. Her previous employers and clients include a number of listed Swedish companies. She also has extensive experience as an independent HR consultant.
Ulrika has comprehensive generalist skills in the HR field, covering recruitment, performance and talent management programs, coaching, labor law, negotiations, compensation and benefits, downsizing, as well as to build and develop HR functions.
Ulrika has experience as project manager for change implementation projects, reorganizations, corporate mergers, acquisitions and downsizing, including integration work. She has also worked with projects related to corporate culture and value systems, involving employee satisfaction surveys.
