Ulrika Wahllöf is a performance and results driven HR consultant with broad and comprehensive experience from leading positions at international and Swedish companies covering a wide range of HR areas. Her expertise encompasses large and small companies and organizations at all stages of the business life cycle ranging from rapid expansion to other business critical HR issues.
Ulrika has worked in the HR field since 1988 and has experience from the IT-, Internet-, Finance-, Tourism- and Service industries. Her previous employers and clients include a number of listed Swedish companies. From 2003, she held senior management positions in HR with global responsibility for strategic and operational HR work. She also has 7 years experience as an independent HR consultant.
Ulrika has comprehensive generalist skills in the HR field, covering everything from recruitment to termination. Her experience includes roles such as HR Director and HR management work in large and small organizations, including overall HR responsibility as well as responsibility for the HR function and budget. Ulrika has many years of experience of management team work.
She has been project manager for change implementation projects, reorganizations, corporate mergers, acquisitions and downsizing, including integration work. She has also worked with projects related to corporate culture and value systems, involving employee satisfaction surveys.
